About Us

Edward Boss Prado Foundation - Founded in 2013 by Gary and Cecelia Ponzini of Ponzini's Community Garage and Towing. It is a legacy of caring for Cecelia's son, Edward, who died young at 29. While in grade school, Edward sometimes packed extra food in his lunch for other kids he knew were hungry and did not have lunch. In keeping with his tradition, The Edward Boss Prado Foundation has established the ''No Child Goes Unfed'' program that is underway in both Sobrato and Live Oak High Schools. Any student who cannot afford lunch, for any reason, can simply go to the Associated Student Body office and will be provided lunch. The program is conducted with the dignity of the student in mind and no questions are asked. In addition to ''No Child Goes Unfed,'' Cecelia supports other local charities and sponsors Cecelia's Closet, which provides prom dresses for students at Sobrato High School.
