Join us for Yoga in the Gallery, where you will get to practice yoga amongst art for a unique and relaxing experience with instructor Christene Joy. Christene will guide a Gentle Yoga offering - a mindfully-paced practice that incorporates gentle body movement, breathwork, and meditation. This offering will help you center and ground, taking the time to pay attention to your body and what you need from the practice. It incorporates a flow to it that is perfect for beginners and all levels.
